Delivery Information
We offer free next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm. Parcels are shipped with DX.
Excluding Animal Shelters & Enclosures.
Is does not include weekends.
We use numerous delivery services such as Pallex, DX or own personal drivers. 🚛
If delivered on a pallet this is a curb side delivery. This will be dropped on your drive for you to move and unload.
DX will happily take delivery instructions to leave safe & you do not have to be present.
Our Drivers call with an ETA on the day, there contact number will be confirmed the day before delivery & they will also leave in a safe, just advise them on any instructions when they call.
The delivery options are organised by our logistics team & location permitted. We will always be confirmed when your goods are ready to leave us & by what carrier.
Large bulk orders are shipped on a pallet & sometimes a faster delivery isnt an option.
We do not offer the express shipping option on our panels and animal enclosures. If you need this in a rush please contact us.
Our animal enclosures are all made to order! The lead time can be up to 3-4 weeks. Products only state that they are in stock so that you are able to purchase them online, this does not mean they are made and ready to ship.

Deliveries can be up to 6pm on estimated day of delivery.
Shipping Prices
To areas such as highland and offshore postcodes we would need to quote for delivery.
The areas affect are: IV, AB, FK, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, KW, ZE, PO 31-40, Isle of man, Chanel islands, Northern Ireland, EIRE and any other offshore address.
Our lead times are fluid and change depending on our current work load. For an accurate lead time please contact us.
Installation / Fitting Information
We offer a installation service for all of our animals runs at the time of delivery. The item will be delivered and put up by our own driver.
The fitting prices are listed on the product itself and have to be added on the drop down provided. The price is determine by what zone you live in. Please see below our zoning list to find out which zone your address applies to:

Zone 3 – Bedfordshire £265.00
Zone 4 – Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire – £275.00

Zone 6 – Greater London, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire - £300.00
Zone 7 – Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire – £315.00

If you wish to purchase a run and have this fitted you would need to send us a photo of the area where this is going to make sure this is something we can offer. There must be easy access for the driver to carry the panels to the space and a flat and level surface with no obstructions for us to fit this.
For our 3 sided runs things such as drain and PVC pipes on the wall we would need to see a photo first to make sure this is something we can offer. We would also need plenty of space between the top of the window / door and any obstruction above such as soffits or guttering to fit a roof on a 3 sided run.
Returns
Standard items may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt as long as they are unopened, undamaged and fit for resale.
The buyer will be liable for return postage as well as the initial postage cost if applicable and/or a 10% restocking fee.
Any damaged/faulty items must be reported to [email protected] within 24hrs of receipt. Any sign of damage with courier deliveries you MUST please sign "DAMAGED" on receiving item, signing "UNCHECKED" is not acceptable courier will assume from this accepted as delivered insurance void, signing "DAMAGED" you will be covered by replacement insurance, all parcels leave us immaculate so any damage to packaging will be caused in transit.
After this time we cannot process any claims. In the event of a damaged/faulty product please contact us straight away and we will advise as to the best course of action.
